A Dissertation about Poverty – part 2
Development may only be attained if there is some form of enhancement in terms of the living conditions of a person, in such a way that he or she is able to meet his or her basic needs, such as clothing, enough food as well as water, the means to find a decent job and even meet his or her social needs. Yet if development takes a wrong turn, in the sense that officials give more priority to personal gains as opposed to the actual needs of the people, then development will surely not be attainable for the country. One may also take into consideration that politics may have also made certain nations poorer or even more suffer from poverty.
